JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an Accounting Analyst, who will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, with a focus on bill payments, procurement, and expense reimbursements. You'll work closely with our financial systems to ensure accurate data synchronization and assist in critical month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Bill Pays, procurement, and employee reimbursement processes using Ramp
- Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of Ramp/NetSuite transaction synchronization
- Assist with monthly accruals, particularly those related to Bill Pays and employee reimbursements
- Assist with cash applications Support the monthly financial close process
- Perform ad hoc financial projects and analyses as required
- Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or related experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile reports and resolve discrepancies
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with various departments
- Proficiency in MS Excel, NetSuite, and Ramp (or willingness to learn Ramp quickly)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with financial software integrations and data synchronization
- Have a general understanding of GAAP
- Familiarity with month-end close procedures
