Meet the FSMA 204 Module: Your Key to Seamless Compliance

When it comes to FSMA 204 compliance, we know the process can feel overwhelming. That’s why we developed new features for Suppliers to make it easier than ever to stay ahead of regulatory requirements, manage your traceability data, and maintain seamless operations. Our goal is to enable data collection in an automated and scalable way. That’s why iTradeNetwork’s solutions natively sit at each of the Critical Tracking Event (CTE) steps in the retail workflow to collect data. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new and how these tools are designed with you in mind.

Explore Your Catalog with the FTL Catalog List

Ever wonder how much of your inventory is subject to FSMA 204 requirements? With the new FTL Catalog List, you can see exactly which items in your catalog are on the FDA’s Food Traceability List (FTL). Our solution automatically identifies FTL products and trading partner connections for those products using advanced Machine Learning and AI collaboration.

Here’s what you’ll love:

  • At-a-Glance Insights: View the percentage of your catalog made up of FTL items, your trading partner count, and the number of Critical Tracking Events (CTEs) captured monthly.
  • Search & Filter Capabilities: Quickly locate specific items in your catalog.
  • FDA Category Overview: Understand where each FTL item fits within FDA-defined categories and drill down into detailed views.

In the image below, see how this feature makes managing your FTL items as easy as a few clicks.

Know Your Network with FTL Trading Partners

Keeping track of trading partners just got easier. The FTL Trading Partners feature offers a detailed list of every partner you’ve traded FTL items within the past two years (the FDA’s tracking window).

What’s included:

  • Comprehensive Partner Details: See names, FTL categories traded, contact information, and ASN integration status.
  • Search & Export: Find partners quickly using search and filter tools or export reports for deeper analysis.

Now, you can keep your trading relationships organized and maintain compliance with confidence. The image below shows a filtered view of buyers who have purchased FLT items.

Stay Prepared with CTE Reports

Need to document traceability events? The new CTE Reports tab is your go-to resource. These reports are essential for maintaining compliance, responding to FDA inquiries, and preparing for recalls.

Key benefits:

  • UI Specialized for Suppliers: Suppliers can track shipping events, easily found from the left navigation.
  • Filter and Export Data: Quickly narrow down records and export them to align with FDA guidelines.

We collect data natively across CTEs, aggregate the data, and create summary reports, with the ability to download the full report as a sortable spreadsheet (XLS). As seen in the image below, these reports are critical for proving compliance and ensuring you’re audit-ready at a moment’s notice.

Centralize Your Plan with the Traceability Plan

Creating and maintaining a traceability plan can feel daunting. That’s why we’ve modeled the new Traceability Plan page entirely on the FDA’s example, providing all the tools you need to build a compliant plan.

Here’s how it works:

  • Input Fields: Document procedures, contact details, farm locations, and traceability lot code methods.
  • Farm Maps: Upload or generate farm maps with ease.
  • Auto-Save & Export: Your plan updates in real-time and can be saved as a PDF for sharing or backup.
  • FDA Example Button: Reference a sample plan to guide your documentation.

Our solution enables users to create, maintain, and print/share their FSMA 204 Traceability Plan, including map upload or creation for farms. This feature ensures your traceability plan is always ready, up-to-date, and compliant. In the image below, you’ll see how easy it is to document your procedures.
